Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, order processing, dispatch, and returns management. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, productive warehouse functioning, timely order fulfilment, and adherence to operational processes for retail and e-commerce business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Warehouse Operations

- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch, and stock movement.

- Ensure smooth operations for retail replenishment, e-commerce orders, and B2C fulfilment.

- Monitor warehouse productivity and ensure adherence to defined SOPs and operational timelines.

- Optimise warehouse space utilisation, manpower deployment, and overall operational efficiency.

2. Inventory Management & Control

- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure physical stock matches system inventory.

- Monitor stock movement, stock ageing, damaged stock, shortages, and excess inventory.

- Conduct regular cycle counts, physical stock audits,



and inventory reconciliations.

- Ensure proper stock segregation, storage, labelling, and traceability.

- Coordinate with merchandising, retail, and planning teams for stock availability and replenishment.

3. Retail & E-commerce Operations

- Manage inventory and order fulfilment for retail stores, marketplaces, and the brand's e-commerce channel.

- Ensure timely processing of retail stock transfers, including IBT (Inter-Branch Transfer), and replenishment orders.

- Oversee RTB (Return to Brand) processes and ensure returned merchandise is received, verified, reconciled, and processed accurately.

- Monitor B2C order processing, dispatch timelines, cancellations, and return-to-origin (RTO) shipments, wherever applicable.

- Coordinate with e-commerce teams and marketplace partners to resolve inventory and fulfilment discrepancies.

4. Dispatch & Logistics Management

- Ensure timely dispatch of retail and e-commerce shipments as per defined service-level agreements.

- Coordinate with transporters, courier partners, and logistics vendors.

- Monitor shipment tracking, delivery exceptions, freight costs, and dispatch documentation.
