We are currently seeking a Delivery Manager to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

The Delivery Manager cum Scrum Master is responsible for ensuring successful end-to-end delivery of technology projects while facilitating Agile/Scrum practices across development teams. The role combines delivery ownership, stakeholder management, Agile leadership, team coordination, risk management, and continuous improvement.

The individual will work closely with Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, Architects, Engineering Teams, QA, Dev Ops, and Program/Portfolio Management to ensure that projects are delivered with the expected scope, quality, timelines, and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Delivery Management

- Own end-to-end delivery of assigned applications, projects, products, or programs.
- Develop and maintain delivery plans, milestones, timelines, and dependencies.
- Track project progress against agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
- Ensure timely delivery of features and releases.
- Identify delivery risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies and drive appropriate mitigation.
- Coordinate across development, testing, architecture, Dev Ops, infrastructure, and business teams.
- Ensure effective resource allocation and capacity planning.
- Monitor delivery metrics and provide regular status updates to management and stakeholders.
- Drive release planning and production deployment readiness.
- Ensure appropriate governance and delivery processes are followed.

2. Scrum Master Responsibilities





- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including:
- Daily Stand-ups
- Sprint Planning
- Backlog Refinement
- Sprint Review/Demo
- Sprint Retrospective
- Ensure the Scrum framework and Agile principles are effectively followed.
- Remove impediments and blockers affecting team productivity.
- Work with Product Owners to ensure the backlog is adequately prioritized and refined.
- Facilitate estimation and capacity planning.
- Monitor sprint progress and proactively identify potential delivery slippage.
- Promote self-organizing and cross-functional teams.
- Encourage continuous improvement through retrospectives and improvement actions.
- Coach teams on Agile/Scrum practices and ways of working.
- Protect the team from unnecessary external interruptions and scope changes.

Metrics & Reporting

Track and communicate relevant Agile and delivery metrics, including:

- Sprint velocity
- Sprint predictability
- Burndown/Burnup
- Release progress
- Defect trends
- Escaped defects
- Cycle time
- Lead time
- Blocked time
- Team capacity
- Planned vs. completed work
- Delivery forecast
- Risks and dependencies

Prepare weekly/monthly delivery reports for leadership and customers.
