We are looking for a responsible and customer-friendly Pharmacy Assistant to join our team in Pune. The candidate will assist with pharmacy operations, medicine stock management, billing, and customer service.
Candidates with pharmacy experience or relevant qualifications are preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist customers with medicine availability and product inquiries.
- Manage medicine inventory and organize stock.
- Check expiry dates and maintain proper storage of medicines.
- Handle billing and maintain sales records.
- Receive, arrange, and update medicine stock.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy.
- Support the pharmacist with daily store operations.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass.
- Basic computer and billing software knowledge.
- Valuable communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and responsible handling of medicines.
- Pharmacy-related qualification or experience preferred.
- Freshers may apply for assistant-level duties.
