Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Production Supervisor to manage daily factory production activities, supervise workers, maintain product quality, and ensure timely completion of production targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily production activities and achieve production targets.
- Manage workers, assign duties, and monitor their performance.
- Ensure product quality and minimize wastage.
- Maintain production records, reports, and daily output data.
- Monitor machine operations and coordinate with the maintenance team.
- Ensure proper utilization of raw materials and manpower.
- Maintain workplace safety, cleanliness, and discipline.
- Coordinate with the factory manager, quality, and dispatch teams.
- Identify production problems and take corrective action.




- Ensure timely completion of orders as per production plans.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing unit.
- Previous experience as a Production Supervisor or Line Supervisor.
- Valuable leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage workers and meet production deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of production reporting and Excel is preferred.
