Sales – Role Overview

As part of the founding team of Voy India, you will own the journey from lead to patient. You will engage with

inbound leads, understand their health goals, address questions on pricing, safety and outcomes with clarity and

care, and onboard them into our clinical program. You will work closely with our doctors, growth and product

teams, and help build the playbooks and processes for a fast-growing sales team.

What we’re looking for

- Prior experience in sales or inside sales, preferably in healthtech, wellness, insurance or consumer subscriptions
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding conversion and revenue targets
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi, with empathy and confidence
- Comfort working with CRMs and performance metrics
- High integrity and a patient-first approach

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
