Executive / Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Optical Inventory

Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Minimum Graduate
Experience: 3–4 years in Inventory Management with Optical Inventory experience will be preferred.
Candidates with inventory experience in other industries are also welcome to apply.

Key Job Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day optical inventory, including frames, lenses, contact lenses and accessories.
Monitor stock levels, maintain minimum stock norms and ensure timely replenishment.
Track material receipts, issues, transfers and returns with accurate documentation.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
Coordinate with Procurement,



Optical Outlets and Finance teams for inventory planning and control.
Monitor expiry, slow-moving, damaged and obsolete stock, wherever applicable.
Maintain inventory records in the ERP/inventory management system and generate periodic reports.
Ensure proper storage, stock rotation and adherence to inventory control procedures.
