Key Responsibilities - {GENERAL MANAGER}

· Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth:

o Create annual and quarterly sales forecasts, profit targets, and operational budgets.

o Design and execute 3-year strategic business plans and expansion roadmaps.

o Oversee pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and deal structures to maximize gross margins.

· Marketing & Brand Management:

o Direct marketing campaigns, product positioning, and advertising across digital, print, and event channels.

o Evaluate market research, competitor behavior, and industry trends to spot current opportunities.

o Align brand messaging and public relations with company growth objectives.

· Team Leadership & Development:

o Hire, train, coach, and evaluate sales and marketing managers and representatives.





o Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), track pipelines, and conduct regular performance reviews.

o Foster a high-energy, goal-driven culture focused on accountability.

· Customer & Dealer Relationships:

o Personally manage high-stakes, key accounts, enterprise clients..

o Oversee post-sales service, customer retention strategies, and feedback loops to improve satisfaction.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹98,000.00 per month
