- Provide product knowledge on fabric types, blends, and quality grades.
- Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and building long-term customer relationships.
- Ensure proper display, arrangement, and replenishment of fabric stock.
- Handle billing, packaging, and customer queries efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of daily sales and support inventory management.
- Coordinate with the store manager for promotions, offers, and customer engagement activities.
Candidate Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in fabric or garment sales.
- Solid knowledge of suiting and shirting fabrics (cotton, linen, blends, wool, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
- Energetic, confident, and flexible to work retail hours, weekends, and holidays.
