Job Title: Warehouse Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods while maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive incoming goods and verify quantities against invoices and delivery documents.
- Assist in loading, unloading, sorting, and arranging stock in the designated locations.
- Pick, pack, and prepare goods for dispatch to retail stores.
- Maintain proper stock arrangement and warehouse cleanliness.
- Assist with physical stock counts and inventory verification.
- Check product quality, quantity, and expiry dates wherever applicable.
- Report damaged, missing, or excess stock to the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Support stock transfers between the warehouse and retail outlets.
- Maintain accurate stock records and documentation.
- Follow warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfilment.





Required Qualifications

- Minimum SSLC / HSC qualification; higher qualifications are an advantage.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of inventory handling and stock management is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
- Valuable teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
- Physically fit and willing to handle warehouse-related activities.
