Roles and Responsibilities

- Check staff attendance, punctuality, and duty schedules.
- Ensure that all departments are working properly.
- Check hospital cleanliness and housekeeping work.
- Ensure that staff are performing their assigned duties.
- Check the availability of daily-use materials and report shortages.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, housekeeping, and other staff.
- Handle basic patient and staff complaints and report serious issues to management.
- Check that patients are receiving proper assistance.
- Report staff shortages, maintenance issues, and other problems to management.
- Follow the instructions given by senior management and ensure timely completion of work.

Qualifications





- Minimum graduation is compulsory. High technical education is not necessary.
- Basic knowledge of registers, attendance, and reporting.
- Previous experience in hospital supervision or staff management is preferred.
- Must be responsible, active, disciplined, and punctual.
- Must be able to manage staff and solve basic day-to-day problems.
- Identifying problems and taking timely action.
- Communicating clearly with staff and seniors.
- Maintaining daily checklists and reporting completed work.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
