As a Sales Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for homeowners, architects, and interior designers visiting our showroom. Your primary responsibility will be guiding customers through our collections, demonstrating lighting and smart mirror features, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and supporting billing and dispatch.

- Customer Engagement: Greet walk-in clients warmly, understand their home renovation or decorating needs, and guide them through our product displays.
- Product Demonstration: Demonstrate features such as smart touch dimming on LED mirrors, lighting color temperatures, and wall decor styling options.
- Showroom Presentation: Maintain floor displays to visual luxury standards; ensure all chandeliers, pendants, and display mirrors are clean,



dusted, and turned on during business hours.
- Billing & Order Processing: Generate estimates, handle cash/UPI/card POS billing, and create customer invoices.
- Inventory & Packaging Support: Inspect outgoing fragile items (mirrors, glass fixtures, artwork) for damage, assist with secure protective packaging, and coordinate client deliveries.
- Inquiry Follow-ups: Handle customer product inquiries, size requests, and catalog sharing via phone and WhatsApp.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
