Hiring: Payment Collection & Data Management Executive
Location: Ankleshwar, Gujarat
Salary: 20,000–25,000 per month
Experience: 1–4 years preferred
Industry: Textile / Manufacturing
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Payment Collection & Data Management Executive to manage payment follow-ups, coordinate with customers to resolve payment disputes, and maintain accurate company records using MS Excel and business software.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with customers/parties regarding outstanding payments and overdue invoices.
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers to resolve payment discrepancies and collection-related issues.
- Maintain payment follow-up records, collection status, outstanding reports, and payment commitments.
- Perform daily data entry, data verification, and record maintenance in Excel and company software/ERP.
- Prepare, update, and maintain Excel trackers, MIS reports, and other business records.
- Ensure data accuracy, timely updates, and proper documentation.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to collect missing information and maintain updated records.
Required Skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, sorting/filtering, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, and report formatting.
- Strong data-entry accuracy, typing skills, and attention to detail.
- Positive communication and coordination skills for payment follow-ups.
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or other business software is preferred.
- Experience in MIS, data management, accounts receivable, payment collection, or back-office operations will be an advantage.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, or a relevant discipline preferred.
- 1–4 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable handling both payment follow-ups and regular data-management activities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
