The Production Manager owns every order from the moment it is placed until it is packed and handed to the courier. You will plan daily production, manage in-house staff and outside vendors, and make sure every personalised product is made correctly, passes quality checks and ships within our 15–17 business day promise.

You will work closely with the e-commerce, customer support, inventory and shipping teams, and help roll out our new production tracking system.

Key responsibilities

Production planning

- Turn daily Shopify orders into a production plan by product type, priority and due date.
- Prioritise urgent, delayed and gift orders so no order breaches the delivery timeline.

Team and vendor management

- Lead the in-house production team (cutting, embroidery, patch and charm work, finishing, packing) and assign daily targets.
- Coordinate with outside vendors and job workers on capacity, timelines, pricing and quality.
- Train current staff and maintain clear SOPs for each production stage.

Quality control

- Check every personalised item for correct name, spelling, size, colour and patch placement before packing.
- Handle remakes for exchanges, size changes and manufacturing errors.

Inventory and materials





- Plan and order raw materials: blanks, fabric, thread, patches, charms and packaging.
- Keep stock levels accurate and flag shortages before they stop production.
- Work with the inventory team so sold-out products are restocked quickly.

Dispatch handover

- Make sure finished orders are packed correctly and handed over to the shipping team on time.
- Update manufacturing status for every order so support can answer customers accurately.

Reporting and systems

- Share daily and weekly reports on orders made, pending, delayed and remade.
- Maintain production trackers in Google Sheets and help roll out our production tracking system.
- Suggest process changes that cut turnaround time and cost per unit.
