Roles and Responsibilities

1. Customer Payment Collection

- Collect payments from customers for vehicle servicing, repairs, spare parts, accessories, and other services.
- Handle cash, UPI, debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and cheque payments.
- Provide receipts to customers for all transactions.

2. Cash Management

- Maintain daily cash receipts and payment records.
- Ensure the cash balance matches the system records at the end of each shift.
- Prepare daily cash closing reports and submit cash collections to the authorised person.

3. Billing and Invoice Management

- Generate and verify customer invoices, service bills, and payment receipts.
- Ensure correct billing amounts and payment entries in the Dealer Management System (DMS) or ERP software.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and the Accounts Department regarding billing discrepancies.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
