About the Role

Statesman Bespoke is looking for an experienced and dynamic Showroom Manager to oversee showroom operations, drive sales, manage the team, and deliver an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate should have prior experience managing a clothing, fashion, menswear, or premium retail showroom.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom and ensure smooth functioning.
- Drive sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate showroom staff to improve performance.
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, complaints, and special requests.
- Maintain showroom presentation, visual merchandising, and product displays.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, billing, and daily sales reports.
- Ensure proper coordination for customer orders, alterations, fittings, and deliveries, wherever applicable.
- Develop strategies to increase walk-ins, conversions, repeat customers, and overall sales.




- Maintain professional standards and ensure the showroom reflects the brand's image.
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management.

Eligibility Criteria

- Proven experience as a Showroom Manager, Store Manager, Retail Manager, or in a similar supervisory role.
- Experience in the clothing, apparel, fashion, menswear, or premium retail industry is preferred.
- Robust sales, customer service, team management, and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of showroom operations, inventory management, and sales reporting.
- Ability to handle customer relationships and meet sales targets.
- A professional attitude, leadership qualities, and a customer-focused approach.

Experience

Candidates with relevant experience in showroom management or retail operations are encouraged to apply. Experience in premium menswear, bespoke tailoring, or made-to-measure clothing will be an added advantage.

Compensation

₹30,000 – ₹70,000 per month, depending on the candidate's experience, skills, and suitability for the role.
