SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and organized Store Executive to manage day-to-day store operations, inventory control, material receiving, storage, and issuance. The candidate will ensure proper stock maintenance, accurate documentation, timely material availability, and efficient store management.Key Responsibilities

- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery challans.
- Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, issues, returns, and transfers.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, identification, and organization of materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the purchase department for timely replenishment.
- Issue materials to the concerned departments against approved requisitions.




- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies with inventory records.
- Maintain stock registers, inventory reports, GRN (Goods Receipt Note), and material issue slips.
- Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) or FEFO (First Expiry, First Out), wherever applicable.
- Ensure the store area is clean, protected, and properly organized.
- Coordinate with purchase, production, maintenance, and accounts departments for smooth operations.
- Identify slow-moving, damaged, excess, and obsolete stock and report it to the concerned authority.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports as required.
- Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and inventory management procedures.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
