As the Store Manager, you will be the driving force behind the showroom’s daily success. You will manage customer interactions, oversee visual merchandising, handle billing and inventory, and cultivate relationships with walk-in homeowners, architects, and interior designers.

- Showroom Operations & Maintenance: Ensure the showroom is opened on time, spotless, and that all display lighting, LED mirrors, and decor displays are functioning impeccably every day.
- Sales & Customer Consultation: Warmly welcome walk-in clients, understand their interior renovation/decor needs, explain product specifications, and guide them through buying decisions.
- B2B & Designer Relationship Management: Build and maintain active working relationships with local interior designers, architects, and electrical/civil contractors for trade purchases.
- Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor floor stock, conduct weekly stock audits,



coordinate incoming shipments (fragile glass, lighting, mirrors), and report fast-moving vs. low-moving inventory.HTML
- Billing & Order Processing: Manage POS billing, generate GST invoices, process advance payments, and coordinate delivery and safe packaging for customer dispatch.HTML
- Team Leadership: Train and supervise sales staff/assistants on product knowledge, luxury retail etiquette, and closing techniques.
- Customer Support & Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email, coordinating after-sales support or replacements promptly.HTML

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
