Job Summary

The Area Mission Manager (AMM) will be responsible for overseeing and strengthening the operations of Prayer Towers within the assigned geographical area. The role involves supervising Prayer Tower Managers and teams, driving ministry growth, coordinating prayer and outreach activities, monitoring performance, ensuring operational excellence, and implementing organizational initiatives across the assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Area Operations and Management

- Oversee the overall functioning of Prayer Towers within the assigned area.
- Conduct regular visits to Prayer Towers to assess operations, service quality, staff performance, and administrative practices.
- Ensure the effective implementation of organizational policies, procedures, and ministry initiatives.
- Identify operational challenges and implement appropriate corrective actions in coordination with the Head Office.
- Ensure the effective utilization of manpower, facilities, and other resources across assigned locations.

2. Team Leadership and Supervision

- Supervise, guide, and support Prayer Tower Managers and their teams.
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline, productivity, and performance.
- Conduct periodic review meetings with Prayer Tower Managers to assess progress and address challenges.
- Identify training needs and coordinate capacity-building initiatives for staff and volunteers.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance appraisal activities in coordination with HR.
- Build a motivated, accountable, and service-oriented team across all assigned Prayer Towers.

3. Ministry Growth and Outreach

- Develop and implement area-level strategies to strengthen Prayer Tower ministry activities and community outreach.
- Coordinate prayer meetings, special programmes, outreach initiatives, and other ministry activities.
- Identify opportunities to expand ministry reach and improve engagement with visitors and local communities.




- Encourage effective follow-up of prayer requests and maintain quality prayer and counselling services.
- Support the implementation of new ministry initiatives and organizational campaigns across assigned locations.

4. Performance Monitoring and Reporting

- Establish and monitor operational and ministry performance indicators for the assigned Prayer Towers.
- Review periodic reports relating to prayer requests, visitor engagement, ministry activities, staffing, and operational performance.
- Analyse performance trends, identify gaps, and implement improvement plans.
- Submit timely area-level performance reports and updates to the Head of Prayer Tower Ministry.
- Ensure accountability and follow-through on action points identified during reviews and visits.

5. Administrative and Compliance Management

- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, administrative procedures, and applicable statutory requirements.
- Monitor attendance, shift schedules, weekly offs, leave records, and other administrative requirements in coordination with HR.
- Oversee the maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and proper utilization of Prayer Tower facilities.
- Coordinate with HR, Administration, Finance, IT, and other departments to resolve operational issues.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of required reports from all assigned Prayer Towers.

- Operational effectiveness and performance of assigned Prayer Towers.
- Achievement of assigned ministry and operational targets.
- Performance, attendance, discipline, and development of Prayer Tower teams.
- Improvement in visitor engagement and the quality of prayer and counselling services.
- Timely and accurate submission of reports.
- Successful implementation of ministry programmes and outreach initiatives.
- Compliance with organizational policies and administrative procedures.
- Timely resolution of operational issues and completion of review action points.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in operations, administration, team management, or ministry leadership.
- Demonstrated experience supervising teams across multiple locations or managing geographically distributed operations.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly across assigned Prayer Towers.
- A service-oriented mindset, spiritual maturity, and the ability to lead teams with compassion and accountability.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
