At Zymo Cosmetics, every great innovation begins with an idea. We are looking for a Packaging Development Associate who is curious to explore new possibilities, identify innovative packaging materials, and turn ideas into practical, feasible packaging solutions.

In this role, you will work closely with vendors and internal teams to explore sourcing opportunities, evaluate packaging options, and support the development of new packaging solutions. Beyond materials and sourcing, you will play a role in building trust, nurturing long-term vendor relationships, and creating value through collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Research and identify new packaging materials, formats, and trends in the market.
- Explore creative and cost-effective packaging solutions aligned with product requirements




- Coordinate for sample development and feasibility testing of new packaging.
- Work closely with internal teams to evaluate functionality, compatibility, and usability.
- Understand packaging material requirements across product categories.
- Source packaging materials and follow up with vendors for timely delivery.
- Identify and connect with new vendors for packaging solutions.
- Coordinate for sample approvals, quotations, and development timelines.
- Maintain records of packaging specifications, vendors, and pricing.
- Assist in cost comparisons and basic negotiation support.
- Prepare reports related to procurement and packaging development activities.

Qualifications

- Graduate in Supply Chain / Packaging / Business Administration / Commerce or equivalent.
- 0–1 year of relevant experience (Freshers with strong interest in packaging & procurement are welcome).
- Basic understanding of procurement processes and supply chain.
- Strong curiosity towards packaging innovation and market trends.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
