Varun Beverages Ltd. is seeking a motivated Production Associate to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The role involves hands‑on operation of key packaging machinery, adherence to shift schedules aligned with plant juice production, and collaboration with engineering and quality teams to meet stringent production targets and safety standards.
- Operate and monitor blow molder, filler, and labeler machines during assigned shifts.
- Adjust machine settings to meet product specifications and batch requirements.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical or electrical issues and coordinate with maintenance as needed.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and safety protocols.
- Document production data, downtime, and quality observations accurately.
- Assist in change‑over activities for different product lines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with plant standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Adhere to shift schedules, including night and weekend rotations, as per plant juice production demands.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Food Engineering or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience operating beverage packaging machinery (blow molder, filler, labeler).
- Basic understanding of PLC controls and machine diagnostics.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team setting.
- Knowledge of safety standards and willingness to follow SOPs.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for data entry and reporting.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderate loads.
