Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with US-based customers.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, services, and support-related issues.
- Generate leads, pitch products/services, and achieve sales targets.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.

Required Skills:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle US customers professionally.




- Sales-oriented mindset and problem-solving abilities.
