Experience: 2-5 years

Qualification: B.E/B.tech or Diploma in Civil

Key Responsibilities

o Prepare detailed civil and structural drawings for residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.

o Develop GA drawings, structural plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.

o Prepare reinforcement detailing drawings, including footings, columns, beams, slabs, stairs, and other structural elements.

o Prepare bar bending schedules (BBS) and quantity-related drawings when required.

o Convert engineering sketches and design concepts into accurate CAD drawings.

o Coordinate with structural engineers, architects, and other disciplines to resolve drawing issues.

o Review drawings for accuracy, dimensions, levels, annotations, and compliance with project standards.

o Revise drawings based on engineer/client comments.

o Maintain proper drawing registers, revisions, and document control.

o Ensure drawings comply with applicable codes, standards, and company drafting procedures.

o Assist the engineering team with drawing-related technical support during project execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications





o Diploma / ITI / Certificate in Civil Engineering or Drafting preferred.

o Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.

o Knowledge of Revit Structure / Tekla / Civil 3D is an advantage.

o Good understanding of structural and civil construction drawings.

o Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

o Knowledge of reinforcement detailing and construction practices.

o Good attention to detail and accuracy.

o Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.

o Positive communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience

Experience in preparing drawings for:

o RCC structures

o Steel structures

o Foundations and piling

o Buildings and industrial structures

o Structural reinforcement detailing

o Civil site layouts and infrastructure works
