looking for an experienced and motivated Telesales Executive to join our team at our Shivmandir office in Siliguri. The selected candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our products or services, generating leads, and achieving sales targets through telephone calls.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
- Explain products and services clearly to customers
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Follow up with interested customers regularly
- Maintain customer details and call records
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Handle customer queries professionally

Eligibility Criteria

- Candidates must have basic computer knowledge




- Experience in internet browsing and online research is required
- Positive communication skills in Bengali and Hindi are preferred
- Basic English communication skills will be an advantage
- Candidates from Siliguri and nearby areas can apply
