Experience: 4+ Years in GIS Operations (On-Paper Team Lead Experience Mandatory)

Qualification: Degree/PG in GIS, Geoinformatics, Remote Sensing, or Geography

ROLE OVERVIEW

iMerit is looking for a seasoned GIS Team Lead with documented team management credentials to join our geospatial operations team in Pune. You will directly manage a team of GIS analysts, driving operational excellence, high-precision mapping deliverables, and client SLAs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage daily operations, SLAs, and productivity targets for a team of GIS analysts.

Lead spatial data validation, quality control (QC), and feature extraction processes.

Conduct performance reviews, operational tracking, and process optimizations.





Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders and delivery heads.

ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS

Mandatory: Official on-paper experience as a Team Lead (Experience Letter reflecting TL role).

Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with GIS software (ArcGIS, QGIS, JOSM).

Core Skills: Proven track record in team handling, SLA management, and client communication.

Work Mode: Full time, Work from Office at our Pune location.
