We are looking for a creative, energetic, and well-organised Event Manager who can plan and execute a variety of events, including small gatherings, corporate events, nature-based events, weddings, birthday parties, and eco-friendly celebrations.

The ideal candidate should have robust event planning, coordination, communication, and vendor management skills, along with an interest in organising green and sustainable events that minimise waste and promote environmentally responsible practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organise, and manage small events, corporate gatherings, weddings, birthday parties, and private celebrations.
- Organise green events, nature activities, outdoor gatherings, plantation drives, and sustainability-focused events.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements, budgets, themes, and expectations.
- Manage event venues, decorations, catering, sound, lighting, transportation,



and other arrangements.
- Identify and coordinate with vendors, suppliers, decorators, caterers, and event partners.
- Develop event concepts, themes, schedules, budgets, and execution plans.
- Promote eco-friendly event practices, such as reducing plastic use, minimising waste, using reusable decorations, and encouraging sustainable materials.
- Manage on-site event execution, troubleshoot problems, and ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams, freelancers, and external partners.
- Handle client communication, quotations, follow-ups, and post-event feedback.
- Ensure events are delivered on time and within the approved budget.
