We are looking for detail-oriented and motivated candidates to join our team as Medical Billing Executives for a US-based healthcare client. The selected candidates will be responsible for processing pharmacy bills, handling insurance claims, and ensuring the accurate and timely completion of billing-related tasks.

This role is ideal for candidates interested in building a career in the US healthcare and medical billing industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Process pharmacy bills and medical billing transactions accurately.
- Review and process health insurance claims as per established procedures.
- Verify patient, prescription, billing, and insurance-related information.
- Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and claim-related errors.
- Maintain accurate records of billing transactions and claim status.
- Follow standard operating procedures and client-specific guidelines.
- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with applicable healthcare data protection requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve pending claims and billing issues.
- Meet daily productivity, quality, and turnaround-time targets.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum qualification:

- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply, depending on the hiring requirements.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Positive attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Basic English reading and comprehension skills.
