About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should have practical experience managing paid advertising campaigns, optimizing performance, generating quality leads, and maximizing ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize campaigns to achieve better results.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI and improve conversion rates.
- Conduct audience research, keyword research, A/B testing, and competitor analysis.
- Track campaign performance using relevant analytics and reporting tools.




- Identify opportunities to improve lead generation, traffic, and overall campaign performance.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports and recommend data-driven improvements.

Requirements:

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing.
- Robust hands-on experience with both Meta Ads and Google Ads is mandatory.
- Good understanding of campaign optimization, audience targeting, conversion tracking, and performance analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet performance targets.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
