Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Analyst to monitor call quality, evaluate employee performance, ensure process compliance, and improve customer service standards across our telecalling and customer support teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Monitor and evaluate inbound and outbound calls handled by telecalling executives.
- Conduct call audits and assess communication skills, call handling, and process adherence.
- Identify quality gaps and provide constructive feedback to employees.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
- Conduct quality calibration sessions and support employee training.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, scripts, and customer service standards.
- Track quality scores, identify recurring issues, and recommend improvement plans.
- Coordinate with Team Leaders, Trainers,



and HR to improve overall team performance.

Skills & Qualifications

- Any graduate with relevant experience in Quality Analysis or Quality Assurance.
- Experience in call centre quality monitoring is preferred.
- Strong communication, analytical, and observation skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel, reporting, and call evaluation techniques.
- Ability to provide feedback and support performance improvement.
- Knowledge of healthcare customer support processes is an added advantage.

Experience

- Preferred: 1–4 years in Quality Analysis / Call Centre Quality Assurance.
