About the Role
Espacio is looking for a skilled and creative 3D Visualizer to join our team at KINFRA, Ramanattukara. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in 3D modeling, architectural visualization, and rendering. The candidate will be responsible for transforming architectural concepts and drawings into realistic 3D models and high-quality visual presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed and realistic 3D models based on architectural drawings, layouts, and design concepts.
- Prepare high-quality 3D renders and visualizations for residential and commercial projects.
- Work with AutoCAD drawings to develop accurate 3D models.
- Use SketchUp to create architectural models, interiors, exteriors, and spatial layouts.
- Produce realistic renders using Lumion and D5 Render.
- Apply appropriate materials, textures, lighting, and camera angles to achieve professional-quality visualizations.
- Create interior and exterior views based on project requirements.
- Make design modifications and update 3D models based
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
