Job Title: Marketing Manager (Field Sales & Team Development)

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Marketing Manager for on-ground marketing and field operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build, recruit, and manage a solid team of sales executives in the assigned area.
- Promote company products and services through field visits and local marketing activities.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop local networks.
- Train, guide, and monitor team members to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure regular field activity and daily performance reporting.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
