WE ARE HIRING | Accounts Receivable Executive

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team!

Position: Accounts Receivable Executive
Experience: 4–5 Years
CTC: ₹3–5 LPA
Department: Finance & Accounts
ERP: SAP Business One (SAP B1)

Key Responsibilities:

- Booking customer receipt entries in SAP Business One (SAP B1).
- Handling daily accounts receivable transactions and maintaining customer ledgers.
- Performing customer account reconciliation and resolving outstanding balance discrepancies.
- Preparing and reconciling Form 26AS with books of accounts.
- Verifying TDS deductions and ensuring accurate accounting of TDS receivable entries.
- Understanding TDS applicability on customer payments and deductions.
- Maintaining proper accounting records and supporting month-end closing and audits.
- Coordinating with internal teams for payment tracking, customer queries, and account settlements.

Required Skills:




*4–5 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable.
*Strong understanding of accounting principles, Debit & Credit, and receipt accounting.
*Practical experience with SAP B1 or similar ERP systems.
*Positive knowledge of MS Excel, formulas, and reconciliation reports.
*Knowledge of TDS provisions, deductions, and Form 26AS reconciliation.
*Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
