Job Overview
Indo European Study Abroad Consultant is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead and manage its Kochi branch. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the study abroad industry, with strong leadership, team management, and business development skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall operations and performance of the Kochi branch.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the team to achieve business targets.
- Drive student recruitment, counselling, admissions, and conversions.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase branch revenue and business growth.
- Monitor team performance, sales targets, and operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and business partners.
- Ensure smooth coordination of student admissions and visa processes.
- Prepare regular performance reports and share updates with senior management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and operational standards.
- Identify opportunities to expand the branch's reach and strengthen its market presence.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the study abroad or overseas education industry.
- Previous experience in branch management or a similar leadership role is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve business targets and drive revenue growth.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
