We’re looking for a Video Editor who lives and breathes Instagram Reels. You’ll turn raw footage into scroll-stopping short-form videos that grow brand reach and drive real business results. If you know what makes a viewer stop at the first second and watch till the end, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

- Edit high-quality Reels, Shorts, and other short-form videos from raw footage
- Create strong hooks, tight pacing, and smooth transitions that maximize watch time and retention
- Add captions, subtitles, motion graphics, sound effects, and trending audio
- Adapt editing styles to different brand tones, from lifestyle and fashion to wellness and tech
- Follow current Instagram trends, formats, and editing styles, and bring fresh ideas to the team
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple short clips
- Colour correct and grade footage for a clean, consistent look
- Deliver files in the right formats and specs for each platform
- Manage multiple projects and meet fast turnaround times
- Incorporate feedback quickly and revise efficiently

What We’re Looking For:

- 1-3 years of experience editing Reels or short-form video
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve,



or Final Cut Pro
- Working knowledge of After Effects for basic motion graphics and text animation
- A strong sense of rhythm, timing, and storytelling
- A portfolio or showreel of Reels you’ve edited
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills and openness to feedback

Positive to have:

- Experience editing for D2C brands, ecommerce, or performance ads (UGC-style, product demos, testimonials)
- Understanding of Instagram’s algorithm and what drives retention and shares
- Basic skills in sound design, audio cleanup, and voiceover syncing
- Experience with AI editing tools (auto-captions, background removal, etc.)
- Basic photography or videography knowledge
