Key Responsibilities
- Direct overall construction division operations, setting strategic goals, standard operating procedures, and performance metrics.
- Financial & Budget Management: Oversee P&L; (profit and loss) responsibilities, company-wide project budgets, cost forecasting, pricing strategies, and margin controls.
- Team & Leadership Development: Hire, mentor, and manage project managers, site superintendents, estimators, and administrative staff.
- Business Development & Client Relations: Build relationships with key clients, developers, architects, and public authorities; lead high-stakes contract negotiations and bid reviews.
- Pre-Construction & Strategy: Guide feasibility studies, macro-scheduling, risk assessment, and resource allocation before ground is broken.
- Compliance & Safety Governance: Ensure all sites strictly adhere to local building codes, environmental laws, and corporate health and safety regulations.
