Scope of Responsibilities1. On-Site Supervision & Quality Control

- Field Execution: Conduct regular, structured site visits to verify ongoing civil, structural, and finishing works against approved design drawings and technical specifications.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect delivered materials and verify installation standards to ensure compliance with project specifications before sign-off.
- Safety Oversight: Monitor site activities to enforce adherence to local safety codes and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) guidelines.
- Issue Resolution: Provide immediate, practical technical guidance to field supervisors and labor crews to resolve site discrepancies promptly.

2. Technical & Office Documentation

- Progress Reporting: Compile detailed Daily Progress Reports (DPRs), site diaries, and weekly updates for client visibility and management review.
- Drawing & Quantity Verification: Review AutoCAD design drawings, flag constructability issues early, and perform exact quantity take-offs for material procurement.
- Subcontractor Management: Review subcontractor measurement sheets and payment claims,



validating completed quantities against actual field progress.
- Coordination: Serve as a reliable liaison between site teams, design consultants, and project leadership during regular progress reviews.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Professional Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience in civil construction supervision combined with office-based technical tracking.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Proficient in AutoCAD (2D/3D drawing review).
- High proficiency in MS Excel and MS Project/Word for progress reporting and cost/quantity tracking.
- Key Competencies: Excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and strong time management to effectively balance field inspections with desk documentation

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
