Job Summary

Catalyst Education is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Skill Trainer to deliver practical training sessions and help students develop industry-relevant skills. The candidate will be responsible for conducting training classes, preparing learning materials, engaging students through practical activities, and supporting their professional and career development.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct training sessions on relevant technical, professional, and employability skills.
- Deliver engaging classroom sessions, practical demonstrations, and hands-on activities.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and training materials.
- Explain concepts clearly and help students improve their practical knowledge.
- Assess student performance through activities, assignments, and evaluations.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Support students in developing communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and workplace readiness skills.
- Maintain attendance records, training reports, and student progress documentation.
- Coordinate with the academic and training teams to ensure effective program delivery.




- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant skills into training sessions.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in the applicable training domain preferred.
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge and valuable communication skills may apply.
- Previous teaching, mentoring, or training experience is an advantage.
- Good presentation, communication, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to explain concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Patient, approachable, and passionate about helping students learn.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with presentation tools.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new training methods.
