We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Legal Typist / Computer Operator with experience in High Court to join our law firm. The ideal candidate should have good typing speed, proficiency in MS Word, and the ability to prepare, format, and manage legal documents accurately.

Key Responsibilities

- Type and format legal documents, petitions, appeals, applications, affidavits, notices, and other legal drafts.
- Prepare and edit documents as instructed by advocates.
- Maintain proper formatting, spelling, grammar, and accuracy in legal paperwork.
- Handle printing, scanning, photocopying, and document filing.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital records.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and legal documents.
- Assist advocates with routine office and documentation work.

Required Qualifications and Skills





- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.
- Good typing speed and accuracy in English.
- Proficiency in MS Word and basic computer applications.
- Knowledge of legal document formatting and drafting will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail, discipline, and professional conduct.

Experience

Freshers with good typing skills may apply. Experience in a law firm, advocate's chamber, or legal documentation work will be preferred.

Salary will be based on the candidate's skills, experience, and typing proficiency.
