In this role, you won’t just be chasing leads—you will be the first impression of our business, connecting with corporate leaders, understanding what their companies need, and showing them how our solutions can genuinely help them succeed.

Whether you have a year or two of sales experience or you're a quick learner looking to kickstart your corporate career, we value hunger, clear communication, and consistency above all else.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

- Finding the Right Doors to Knock On: Research companies, find the key decision-makers, and reach out through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn to introduce what we do.
- Starting Meaningful Conversations: Pitch our products and services clearly, answering questions and showing prospective clients how we solve real problems for them.
- Nurturing Relationships: Build genuine rapport with prospects so our brand stays top-of-mind when they are ready to buy.
- Owning the Follow-Through: Stay persistent with warm leads,



handle objections thoughtfully, and guide discussions from interest to a closed deal.
- Hitting Milestones: Work toward clear monthly targets, tracking your conversations and pipeline so nothing slips through the cracks.

What Makes You a Great Fit

- You Speak and Listen Well: You can express ideas confidently, handle objections politely, and adapt your pitch depending on who is on the other end of the line.
- You Don’t Mind the Hustle: Rejection doesn't throw you off; you view cold outreach and follow-ups as a puzzle to solve.
- Everyday Tech Fluency: Comfortable writing clean emails and managing basic spreadsheets in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience Level: 0 to 2 years of experience. Prior exposure to B2B sales or lead generation is a great plus, but ambitious freshers with genuine communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
