We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in the IT/software industry, strong communication skills, and knowledge of online project procurement and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through online project procurement and bidding platforms.
- Research and identify relevant IT/software projects and potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
- Assist in preparing and submitting technical and commercial proposals.




- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and market trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Follow up with leads, prospects, and submitted proposals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses to client requirements.
- Maintain records of leads, opportunities, proposals, and client communications.

Requirements

- 1.5–2 years of experience in Business Development/Sales, preferably in the IT/software industry.
- Good understanding of IT services and software development.
- Experience working with online project procurement platforms.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good client-handling, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with technical and management teams.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
