Job Description (Responsibilities + KRAs):

Key Responsibilities:

- Create high-quality, original, and engaging content for websites, blogs, landing pages, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Write SEO-friendly articles, blogs, website content, and educational materials.
- Develop content for UG/PG degree programs, online courses, admissions, and career guidance.
- Conduct research to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and credibility.
- Optimize content using relevant keywords, headings, meta titles, and meta descriptions.
- Collaborate with the SEO, Digital Marketing, Social Media, and Design teams to meet content requirements.
- Write engaging copy for advertisements, email campaigns, WhatsApp campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Proofread and edit content for grammar, spelling, readability, tone, and consistency.
- Update existing website content to improve search engine visibility and user engagement.
- Follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all communication channels.
- Use AI writing tools responsibly to support research and content development while ensuring originality and accuracy.
- Complete content assignments within deadlines and maintain a content calendar when required.

Required Skills

- Excellent written communication and command of English.
- Strong grammar, proofreading, editing, and research skills.
- Knowledge of SEO content writing and keyword optimization.




- Understanding of content marketing and digital marketing fundamentals.
- Ability to write engaging, reader-friendly, and plagiarism-free content.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Docs, Microsoft Word, Grammarly, and AI writing tools.
- Basic knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in content writing, SEO writing, or digital content creation.
- Experience in EdTech, education, e-learning, or digital marketing will be preferred.
- A portfolio of published blogs, website content, articles, or other writing samples is desirable.

- Content quality, originality, and accuracy.
- Timely completion of content assignments.
- SEO optimization and keyword integration.
- Organic traffic and search visibility of published content.
- Content engagement and readability.
- Adherence to brand guidelines and editorial standards.
