* Ex-Armed Forces or retiring Army officers and JCOs from EME, ASC, Ordnance and operational background preferred.
* Experience managing 100+ personnel
* Strong exposure to production/operations, logistics or engineering
* Exceptional discipline around SOPs and daily execution
* Experience with safety, preventive maintenance and compliance
* Solid manpower planning and productivity management
* Comfortable working on the factory floor
* Data-driven and capable of running daily MIS/KPIs
* Experience in FMCG/food manufacturing is desirable but not mandatory
Pay: ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
