We are looking for a motivated, confident, and student-focused Academic Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to guide students in choosing suitable educational courses based on their interests, qualifications, and career goals.

The candidate will be responsible for handling student enquiries, explaining course details, following up with prospective students, and supporting the admissions process. The role requires strong counselling, communication, and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to work towards admission targets.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding available courses, eligibility criteria, course duration, fees, and career opportunities.
- Understand students' educational backgrounds, interests, and career aspirations to recommend suitable courses.
- Handle walk-in enquiries, incoming calls, online enquiries, and prospective student leads.
- Follow up with prospective students through telephone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Explain course features, benefits, training methods, and placement assistance clearly and accurately.
- Convert prospective student enquiries into confirmed admissions by providing appropriate guidance and follow-up.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets set by the management.
- Maintain accurate records of student enquiries, follow-ups, admissions, and counselling activities.
- Update student databases, CRM systems, and enquiry registers regularly.
- Coordinate with academic, marketing, and placement departments to provide accurate information to students.
- Assist students with the admission process, including application forms and document collection.




- Build positive relationships with students and parents through skilled communication.
- Participate in educational seminars, career guidance sessions, promotional activities, and admission campaigns.
- Prepare daily and periodic reports on enquiries, follow-ups, conversions, and admissions.
- Stay updated on course offerings, industry requirements, and relevant career opportunities.
- Perform other admission and student counselling duties assigned by the management.

Educational Qualifications

- plus Two / Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and interpersonal skills are welcome to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
