Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Meta Ads Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Meta advertising, campaign management, audience targeting, and performance optimisation.

The candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimising paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram to drive traffic, generate leads, increase sales, and maximise return on advertising spend (ROAS).

Key Responsibilities

- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, launch, manage, and optimise advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram to achieve traffic, lead generation, and sales objectives.
- Audience Targeting: Develop effective audience strategies using custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting techniques to improve engagement and conversions.
- Creative Collaboration: Coordinate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives aligned with campaign objectives and target audiences.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor key performance metrics, including CTR, leads, purchases, CPA, and ROAS, and prepare regular performance reports.
- Pixel Setup & Conversion Tracking: Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot Meta Pixel and conversion tracking tools to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Budget Management:



Plan and allocate advertising budgets efficiently to achieve campaign objectives and maximise returns.
- Campaign Optimisation: Continuously analyse campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements to enhance results.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with Meta advertising tools, algorithm changes, industry trends, and best practices.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve issues related to ad delivery, campaign performance, and advertising policy compliance.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with creative, analytics, and client management teams to ensure campaigns align with business goals.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in digital advertising, with hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of Facebook and Instagram advertising platforms.
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, campaign structuring, and optimisation.
- Proven ability to manage advertising budgets and improve campaign performance and ROI.
- Experience analysing campaign metrics and preparing performance reports.
- Knowledge of Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, performance-driven environment.
