Position Title: Quality Inspector-Precast
Experience Required: Min 3 Years

Industry Preference: Precast
Location: Sehore, Madhya Pradesh

Key Responsibilities:

Incoming Material Inspection

- Inspect cement, aggregates, reinforcement steel, admixtures, and embedded items, and verify test certificates
- Confirm materials meet specifications (IS codes / project requirements)

Pre-Pour Inspection

- Check mould/formwork dimensions, alignment, cleanliness, and release agent application
- Verify reinforcement size, spacing, cover, lapping, and placement as per drawings
- Check the position of inserts, lifting hooks, anchors, and embedded items

Concrete Quality Control

- Monitor adherence to the approved concrete mix design
- Conduct slump tests, temperature checks, and other fresh concrete tests
- Cast cube samples and record 7-day and 28-day compressive strength results

Casting and Curing Supervision

- Ensure proper placing, compaction, and vibration
- Monitor curing (steam/water) duration and temperature
- Approve demoulding only after the required strength is achieved

Post-Production Inspection





- Inspect finished elements for dimensions, tolerances, surface finish, cracks, honeycombing, and other defects
- Identify, mark, and segregate non-conforming products
- Verify and approve repair work

Documentation and Reporting

- Maintain inspection checklists, test reports, and quality records
- Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and follow up on corrective and preventive actions
- Submit daily/weekly quality reports to management

Storage, Handling, and Dispatch

- Check stacking, storage, and lifting practices
- Carry out final inspection and give clearance before dispatch
- Verify element ID, casting date, and marking

Compliance and Safety

- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IS codes, and client requirements
- Maintain calibration of testing equipment
- Follow and promote plant safety norms

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
