Research Connect is looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and detail-oriented candidates to join our team as Research Executives. This opportunity is open to both freshers who are eager to learn and experienced professionals who have knowledge of research and data management.

The selected candidates will be responsible for conducting online research, collecting and analyzing information, maintaining accurate databases, and supporting various market research projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct online research to collect market, industry, company, and business-related information.
- Gather and verify data from websites, search engines, LinkedIn, and other online sources.
- Research market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
- Collect, organize, clean, and maintain data using MS Excel and other tools.
- Prepare research reports, data summaries, and presentations.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality.
- Maintain and update research databases and records.
- Coordinate with team members to complete assigned research projects within deadlines.
- Learn and use new research tools,



technologies, and AI-based tools to improve research efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria

- Educational Qualification: B.Com, B.E., B.Pharma, or any equivalent graduate qualification.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to search for, collect, and organize information from online sources.
- Positive attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Freshers: Candidates with a strong interest in research, data handling, and learning new skills are encouraged to apply.

Experienced Candidates: Candidates with prior experience in market research, online research, data research, data management, or a similar field will be preferred.
