Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations, including receipt, storage, issue, and dispatch of auto parts and materials.
- Handle manual entries for inward and outward materials, stock registers, and material issue slips.
- Prepare and verify challans, delivery challans, gate passes, and material transfer documents.
- Maintain accurate stock records and ensure physical stock matches book stock.
- Prepare and maintain Excel sheets for inventory, stock reports, inward/outward registers, and material tracking.
- Monitor minimum stock levels and inform management about shortages and reorder requirements.
- Coordinate with purchase, production, accounts, and dispatch departments.
- Verify material quantities, part numbers, and descriptions against invoices and challans.
- Maintain proper storage, identification, and location of auto parts.
- Conduct regular stock verification and support monthly stock audits.
- Ensure proper documentation and prevent stock discrepancies, material loss, and data entry errors.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Intelligent, smart, alert,



and responsible candidate with good problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of *MS Excel and spreadsheet management*.
- Good command of manual data entry, stock registers, and documentation.
- Practical knowledge of challan preparation and material handling records.
- Valuable numerical ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Experience in an auto parts store, warehouse, or manufacturing industry preferred.
- Honest, disciplined, organized, and capable of working independently.

*Preferred Candidate:* A smart and proactive person with strong Excel sheet knowledge, accurate manual entry skills, and good understanding of store inventory and challan work. *Immediate joiner / candidates with short notice period preferred.*

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
