ROMS N RAKS is looking for a responsible and pet-loving Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead the sales team, achieve sales targets, and ensure excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations and staff.
- Drive sales of pet food, accessories, grooming products, and other pet care essentials.
- Guide customers in choosing suitable products for their pets.
- Monitor inventory, stock replenishment, and product expiry dates.
- Ensure proper billing, store hygiene, and product displays.
- Track sales performance and prepare reports for management.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in retail or store management.
- Robust leadership, communication, and sales skills.
- Genuine interest in pets and pet care.
- Knowledge of pet products is an added advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Ideal Candidate: A customer-focused leader with a passion for pets and the ability to manage a store efficiently while achieving sales targets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
