Active Designs is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with proven expertise in Project P&L; management as per budget, on-time payment collection / target achievement, and team management & evaluation. The role involves managing project execution through PMs including Project Essentials (12 nos), ensuring on-time / early stage completion with 100% client satisfaction and SOP / audit compliance, coordinating CRF, CSP & CSR through CRM, studio drawings through SIC, vendor & contract management, and managing AMCs & complaints through the TMC Manager.

Eligibility

- Age 40 to 55 ; 15 years plus experience
- Key Responsibilities
- Financial Management Project Receipts / On-time Payment Collection .Timely release of incentives based on performance and budget compliance.
- Must have proven experience in Team Management & Performance Evaluation.




- Regular client interactions to ensure 100% client satisfaction
- Ensure on-time or early completion of all project stages with high customer satisfaction.
- Ensure quality of work as per Execution SOP.
- On-time drawing requests to Studio.Maintain and update Request Register through SIC.
- Vendor & Contract Management
- Service Management Manage AMCs and Complaints through TMC Manager.
- Project P & L management as per Budget and release on incentives, Team Management / Evaluation. Client interations to ensure 100% Client satisfaction.
