Job Overview

Narith Healthcare is hiring Customer Service Executives for its US/Canada voice process at the Thane location. We are looking for candidates with good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Assist customers with their queries and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the system.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when required.





Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service or a voice process.
- HSC or Graduate candidates can apply.
- Good verbal communication skills in English.
- Comfortable handling US/Canada customer interactions.
- Willing to work from the Thane office and in rotational shifts.
- Candidates residing in or near Thane and nearby accessible locations are preferred. Candidates travelling from far-off locations should not be considered.
