Job Summary
We are hiring German-speaking Sales Agents for an international sales process. The ideal candidate should have strong German language proficiency, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert customer inquiries into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls in German and English.
- Sell travel products, flight tickets, holiday packages, car rentals, or other assigned products.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospective customers, and close sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow company sales procedures.
Required Skills
- Fluency in German is mandatory; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset with positive negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Previous experience in international sales or BPO is preferred.
- Freshers with strong German language skills may also apply, depending on the process requirements.
